TECHNOLOGY
Moveon Telecoms secured content distribution platform for the local, regional PRS content and VOD service from creator partners and shall use the local licensed network providers to provide access connectivity to our target customers. We do not intend to invest in any physical infrastructure ourselves but rather lease or resell services of an existing licensed provider, whom we shall approach following success of our application. We will also lease co location space from a similar provider for set up of our VOD head end equipment.
QUALITY OF SERVICE ASSURANCE
As per our business model, Moveon Telecoms will not deploy its own network infrastructure but instead will lease
infrastructure from existing licensed operators. As such Our Quality Assurance initiatives will be aimed at addressing the
following key areas:
Customer
Experience Audits Moveon Telecoms will conduct technical and qualitative surveys and audits to measure
various performance parameters such as customer satisfaction, data security, comparative pricing billing issues All
such audits shall be professionally documented for regulatory compliance purpose
Vendor
QoS /SLA Monitoring Audits Moveon Telecoms will continuously monitor and conduct regular audits of all
our vendor systems such as the VOD system, SMPP platform, Access Network and our internal IT systems so as to ensure
compliance with internal policy, regulatory benchmarks, and international best practices are achieved
